Day In The Life of A Realtor is\u00a0my way of helping\u00a0people understand the daily routine of Real Estate Professions and the things we do to take care of our clients. Based on what I\u2019ve been hearing about the general perception of Realtors and their activities, some of you will be in for a surprise.<\/p>\n

In this vlog I discuss how my day, as is often the case, took a turn. What should have been a day of research turned out to be much more. Needless to say, it turned out to be much more pleasant than I expected.<\/p>\n

What I Saw<\/h3>\n

\"Mount<\/a>Looking north-northeast from Bloor St. East at Mount Pleasant<\/p>\n

This beautiful vista, even on a rainy day, is looking North-NorthEast beyond Mount Pleasant and off of the North side of Bloor St. East. The road is Mount Pleasant and one of the best routes to get up into the neighbourhoods along Yonge Street, right up into Yonge\/Eglinton.<\/p>\n

This is on the edge of Rosedale, one of Canada\u2019s richest and most established neighbourhoods. The people that buy homes in this neighbourhood spend more on renovating them after purchase than the cost of purchasing a two bedroom condominium in downtown Toronto.<\/p>\n

The neighbourhood was originally populated by the wealthy merchants of Toronto. The homes are full of character, luxurius and generally spacious. Some even have carriage houses and the garages shelter some of the most expensive\u00a0vintage vehicles around.<\/p>\n

The Swimming Pool in The Forest<\/h3>\n

This condominium building has some of the best facilities\u00a0in Toronto and they are really well maintained.<\/p>\n

Look at the view from the large swimming pool. I felt like I was in the middle of the forest.<\/p>\n

Units in this building come with a comparable price tag. On the edge of Rosedale to the North and Yorkville to the West-North, this building is great for those that appreciate lifestyle, luxury and the company of the international jet-set.<\/p>\n
