Let’s begin with the fairly well established premise that discovering your differentiation — what sets you apart in the market — is at the heart of your success in business. What I have found from doing this kind of work with my clients for the past 25 years is that when they discover their true differentiation, beyond the marketing spin, beyond the cute tag lines and beyond the business, not only do they get the success that has previously eluded them, they also get the resilience, momentum and confidence that only comes from know your core strengths and seeing how they add value to other people’s lives and businesses.

What Drives You Crazy Makes you Great!

The problem with traditional marketing/branding workshops that focus on differentiation is that they don’t seem to be able to get any deeper than what people already know (or think they know). That’s why I have developed a series of workshops that use counter-intuitive methods to help people get at their greatest differentiation and value.
